A601L - The DHZ Power Squat is designed to allow the user to fully stimulate all muscle groups during a free weight squat while minimizing the potential for injury and danger. The Power Squat EX, on the other hand, is in response to lifters who want the truly extreme squat experience. This equipment features an additional loading position that not only increases the overall load limit, but also significantly enhances the eccentric phase of the lift.

Unique Floating Yoke
